Responsibilities:
- #8226; Responsible for general office administration.
- #8226; Prepare & manage order fulfillment (e.g. sales order, purchase order, quotations, invoices, delivery order, etc.)
- #8226; Reviewing the accuracy of data entry and documentation when checking for delivery and purchasing orders.
- #8226; To handle all incoming, calls, emails, memorandums, faxes and redirect them to the related parties.
